Vampires are sexy

Everyone knows not to call me on Sunday nights. That is the night True Blood is on. I never thought I would enjoy a show like this. I am so squeamish I fainted when they drew blood before I got married. If my now ex-husband had looked like the character Eric on True Blood I would have had no problem. He probably would even still be my husband. Eric is my favorite, but Bill is a truly sexy vampire too and I love the way he speaks like they did back in the 19th century. The love story involving him and Sookie is so sweet, these two are the epitome of star-crossed lovers. If all the blood and violence start to get to you there is always Sookie’s brother Jason for comic relief. It’s lucky for him he’s so handsome because he was hiding behind the door when God gave out brains. I had just moved to Louisiana when this show first came out on HBO and I have to admit it gave me pause. It is so atmospheric, just like Louisiana truly is. I hope to goodness I always have best satellite tv deals in Wisconsin because I have got to have my weekly dose of this great show.
